This Supplier Quality Portal is the home for Intel supplier quality applications and related information. Its purpose is to increase and improve quality-related communications with our suppliers.

Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) Program

The SCQI Program (Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement) is a process. It is an organized proven program for achieving extraordinary supplier performance. Suppliers continuously improve their products and services provided to Intel. The program rewards suppliers for quality results and behaviors.

QOS Health Assessment

The QOS HA is used to assess a supplier's quality systems against a pre-established set of scoring criteria to determine if systems exist, effectiveness of the systems, and which areas need attention.

Rapid Response

Rapid Response provides notification, tracking & disposition capabilities to ensure timely Intel approval of MRB Requests for disposition decision and Supplier Change Requests.

Statistical Process Control

SPC provides a "one-stop shop" for SPC information. Documents for review meetings are uploaded into the tool, as well as Key and Control parameters.

Electronic Product Data Management (ePDM)

The Product Data Management application can be used by both suppliers and sub cons to access direct materials piece part data.

Visual Defect Catalog (VDC)

On-line reference and training tool for suppliers containing Materials (Substrate, IHS, Quartz, et al) Procurement Spec visual/mechanical defect pictures and sample photographs illustrating Intel's expectations and requirements.

Global Supply Management Quality & Reliability (GSM Q&R) Supplier Training

GSM Q&R Training provides an environment that creates learning, growth, and innovation opportunities through the use of our Training and Development Quality curriculum. Built upon Intel’s Quality Operating System, our curriculum focuses on processes and tools utilized to set key expectations to proliferate a Quality Incidence Free (QIF) culture across our Supply Chain.
