Within the application there are help aids available.

The help available is as follows:

• Frequently Asked Questions: These are hot topics and questions that Suppliers may have when using the Routing Guide.
• Online Help: This link takes Suppliers to the online course materials specifically targeted at the Routing Guide (this module).
• Submit Your Question: Allows the Supplier to submit a question via the Intel® Web Suite Customer Support email.
• Carrier Contact Info: This link displays contact information for the various carriers and account numbers for shipping departments (based on ship to destination).

The help links available should be consulted first, however, the Supplier can call via the phone for support if their issue is not solved via one of the available links.
